The Good Oil

If you take tips from television/radio/newspaper tipsters, then you’re not making any serious money, but I suspect you already know that.

For a start, why would you take a tip from a journalist! They are paid to write about racing, not bet on races.

There are a few guys competent guys at both TVN and Sky Channel, but the vast majority of so-called ‘form experts’ are legless.

You’d be horrified if you saw their strike rates in percentage terms.

The point is, be careful about who you take tips off.

The margin between success and failure in this game is paper thin, the evidence of that is in our frustrating run of 11 second placings in our last 4 betting days.

Knowledge is power, but on its own it’s not enough to guarantee success.

To be successful, you need to have an edge.

At Red Belly, our edge is built on accurate data we have recorded for more than a decade.

The way we interpret that data has allowed us to deliver strong profits every year since 2004.

We specialise mainly in Sydney & Brisbane only, along with Melbourne during the Autumn and Spring Carnivals.
Our form analyst Ed Kennett spends countless hours producing accurate data and prices to bet off, so members can benefit from our edge on the market.
