Red Belly Ratings members won over 12 units in the last week by employing a selective approach in which we invested into eight races across three betting days.
For those unfamiliar with how unitized betting works, a profit of 12 units equates to the following cash amounts:
• $50 per unit punter – $600
• $100 per unit punter – $1200
• $500 per unit punter – $6000
Here’s a breakdown of our betting activity:
Wednesday at Warwick Farm – We invested into three races for the two winners.
• Dream Empress ($3.60 rated a $2.60 chance)
• Toffler ($3.80 rated $2.70)
In the other race we advised members to bet in, our main selection Petrify finished third after looking like the winner with 100m to go.
Thursday at Gosford we invested into just one race, with our saver selection We Are Young saluting at $5 (rated a $3.50 chance)
Saturday at Rosehill and Flemington – We invested into four races, coming up with the following three winners:
• Polanski ($7 rated a $4 chance)
• Zoustar ($2.10 rated $1.75)
• Hidden Warrior ($4.80 rated $3.50)
We only invest into races where we feel we have an edge, that’s one of the main reasons we make consistent profits for our members.
Sometimes that means we have relatively quiet weeks in terms of bet volume, but that isn’t an issue for us, we have the patience and discipline to wait for the right races to come along.
If you don’t have that patience and discipline, you may as well be playing the pokies.
