We have introduced an exciting new feature to our Ratings spreadsheets – a detailed synopsis of the fancied runners in each race – and it’s proving exceptionally popular with members.
We now provide comments on individual runners and a race synopsis as well (not fluffy stuff you read in the form guide).
We also highlight particular horses to pay closer attention to (should they represent value on the day).
Our Ratings now include the following features:
• Speed Maps
• Rated Price (at 95%)
• Percentages
• Staking plan (unitised)
• Comments on the better chances
• Race synopsis/overview
• A worksheet that highlights overlays automatically
If you’re a punter looking for an extra edge, then we think you’ll love the addition we’ve made.
Here’s a shortened example from at Wednesday meeting at Canterbury meeting earlier this month:
MINEKO has ability. Sure it got a perfect run last start when it sat off speed and the gap opened up when it failed to catch Catseye Surprise.
BRITAILA KATE gets back and it can be argued the rail out 6m is not perfect (and it isn’t) but this solid grey really attacks the line. Always performs and the faster they go the better.
LESLEY’S CHOICE has a stack of ability. We just don’t really like leaders resuming at 1200m, as they can sit down due to fitness, but it can steal it especially with a 6m rail.
Better betting propositions are 5 + 6 with a chance to 1 and 9
Race result: Ed’s selections Mineko (5) and Britaila Kate (6) ran first and third respectively, while the favourite Lesley’s Choice raced on the speed an was run down, as Ed suggested it could be first up over 1200m.
Of course, we don’t nail every race completely (although we do sometimes), we can definitely say that this feature has already proven to be of massive benefit to our members.
